Brief introduction Digital duplicator also be called integrative machine. “Integrative” means master making and printing will finish together in one machine. “Digital” means the image disposal is executed through digital way; hence have good printing quality and edit functions. 2). Working principle • Master Making First of all，the disposal master box collects the printed master and detectives the master collection. Meanwhile the scanner head reads the image data from the original and transfer the data to the thermal head. The thermal head prints the image data to the master，and the thermal master is loaded onto the drum by mechanical part and then the test print is made. Document feed scan model  • Printing The paper feed tray will support the paper up，and the paper is separated and delivered to the second feed roller by cooperation work of paper feed roller and the paper separator pad. Then the paper is delived to the clearance between drum and pressure roller.After ink distribution procedures，the ink is seeped from the tiny mesh of the thermal master on the drum，and through pressing by the pressure roller to the paper and to the drium,the printing prosedure is completed. Shortly the paper is separated from the master by the blower device, and then by paper separate pawl and the paper transport belt the print paper is delivered to the paper receive tray.  3). Working flow 1. Master eject: Eject the waste master from drum 2. Original scan: Scan original and change the information to digital signal. 3. Master making: Thermal head will make small hole at the surface of the master 4. Master on: Finished master roll to the drum 5. Printing: Ink come out from drum to the master then print on the paper. 4). Printing paper available Paper range Different paper from 35 to 210g like booklet, meeting documents, fly sheet, examination paper, Invitation, business card, poster and so on. 5).
